    Not judging just was more a TOS than TNG guy. After I saw that episode where they landed on the planet of black men in turbans fighting over the white woman back in ‘87, I never watched another TNG episode.

    Besides I’d take Sir Ian over Sir Patrick for old bae lol...

    I just started Voyager and was lowkey emotional when I finished TNG. That shit was good.

    It was the 80s so call me Petty Murphy lol. I was in my adolescent Malcolm X mode so to see a new Star Trek series in its first few weeks of broadcast have an episode so racist—-after the original series was so progressive for the turbulent 1960s—-actually put me off for the entire run of TNG.

    Revisiting Star Trek TNG: Code Of Honor

    I barely came back for DS9 and Capt. Sisko and only started watching again by the time the fourth series, Voyager, came out.

    Tuvok was my dude though. A black Vulcan who handles alien mofos the way a brother should lol
