    A "controlled burn". Thank you for this statement. I never would have leveled the accusation that you might actually yearn for a Trump presidency. I usually only hear this type of glib, uber-privileged reasoning from the Susan Sarandons of the world. But hey, maybe you are, in fact, that privileged. I suppose congratulations are in order.

    Some people are defeatists. Some aren't.

    Some people are more interested in pissing into the tent than standing inside the tent and getting their hands dirty doing the hard work that democracy requires. Some aren't.

    Look, to the people who are actually being objective in this thread (and not the #BernieBros who just hate the fuck outta Hillary), I never once said that Hillary does not need Bernie Sanders' voters...every vote is needed in the general election.

    What I said was that there is NO NEED to concede to the demands of the loser of the primary as if he's the Game of Thrones Knight King and his supporters are zombie white walkers doing whatever he tells them to:

    HOWEVER, lets look at math, demographics and history.

    While Obama and Mitt Romney were neck and neck in the vote count in 2012...He won in an ELECTORAL COLLEGE LANDSLIDE.

    The same result seems to be pointing in that direction right now. Based on WHERE many Democrat and Liberal supporters live AND based on just how many REAL VOTERS Donald Trump is pushing away with his rhetoric, he's got more of an uphill battle than she does.

    On top of that, there's no fraking way that ALL of the Bernie Sanders supporters will NOT vote Democrat against Donald Trump.

    Ocky often tells me to not worry when Squad Members leave Cypher Avenue because "they'll be back...where else are they gonna go? There's no other community like ours that accepts them." And he's right. Every time ppl leave, they come back...or our overall traffic numbers stay the same, no matter how controversial our jokes or opinions are.

    Same applies to the General Election. MORE clinton supporters said the would NEVER support Obama back in 2008 and, sure enough, they fell in line by the time we got to November.

    So, once again, my overall point is: Bernie lost. His supporters will either come around or they won't, either way we are demographically in a better position to clean up in the Electoral College thanks to the base of voters who supported Clinton in the Primaries (Blacks, Latinos, Asians, Gays, Older Voters)...on top of that Women Voters HATE Donald Trump and MAY feel a tinge of pride from voting for the first female US President, so we'll get a slight bump from that.

    She needs to have commercial after commercial with half of them scaring the hell out of people with 'Dangerous Donald' themes..and the rest...?...just Donald himself-saying crappy stuff about women, hispanics, the wall, etc. Just him...saying horrible shit...over and over and over so people do not forget-especially hispanics.

    *I hope Bernie makes her pledge to support that Private Prison Bill though..if she is crooked and is going to have to stab someone in the back, why can't it be the Private Prison lobby? Let her take their money, and then turn on them.

    I do not see the point of the back and forth. I've realize that, try as they might, to make any argument against Bernie, but its only to cover up the fact they'll blindly follow Hillary. Most, if not ALL of HRC support comes from people that were going to vote her by DEFAULT anyways. No candidate would have ever mattered. Voting for Hillary Clinton COS she's, well...Hillary Clinton. She's "political royalty." 8Debates are useless. She IS gonna need Berns votes though and it WILL be a disadvantage.
