    I know what your saying. Work has me eating 5Guys and Chipotle more than I should. I just need this year's 4th quarter to come and go.

    I'm about to quit lying to myself and get a doctor to suck it all out. Having the mentality to work in an office and work out after work is the HARDEST thing in the world. Surgery is about to be my new bestie lol

    I realized the trick with me was just stock your fridge full of what you say your gonna/need to eat, and when you're at home just eat it whenever. Whatever is "good" for your personal genetic make up. If you have plentiful "good stuff" you get used to reaching for it.

    They say it takes three weeks to break bad habits, a minute to gain them back...

    I find eating out at work makes me gain too; Starbucks drinks are full of sugar and crap (as comedian Jim Gaffigan says, yuppie snobs need to stop lying to themselves and pretending a frappacino isn't a milkshake); preservatives; etc.

    If you have to eat out just throw away what you shouldn't eat for your body. In my case, paleo, Five Guys doesn't have to be junk food. They have a bunless option where they'll wrap the burger in large lettuce leaves. If you're a whole grains person, you can ditch the tortilla at Chipotle, ask for brown rice and get anything in a bowl upon request.

    And thanks for the suggestion...I'm teleworking today so now I'm about to walk to Five Guys and get a double burger bunless lunch lol

    Just depends on your genetic makeup. Like I said as long as I go without the bun and condiments-with-sugar, I drop weight eating meat...I'll give you the fries lol.

    I have a coworker whose diet is 60 - 70% grain and he's thin as a rail. You know what works for you after you get a checkup. When I was strictly paleo a few years ago, cholesterol, AC1, etc. went super-normal. Someone else might be doing whole grains and get similar results. There is no such thing as a universal diet.
