    How do you deal with stress when it bubbles inside you? Do you find yourself eating more? How about watching gay romance movies on Netflix? At this current moment, what is stressing you out or something that you wish you had that you'd don't?

    Therapy, but mainly the gym. When I was in my 20s it was alcohol. But the gym is far more effective and less toxic.

    You can download music, movies, and porn for free tho. Weed, and Alchohol you definitely need money. Although in some situations you can fuck for those items.

    I heard one guy tried to get with his weed man and got beat up. Lol

    I don't do the sex stuff but if I move to Florida, that may change..haha.

    But seriously, if I get stressed, I'm probably going to either do something creative or go outside. Music helps me sometimes as well. Don't smoke or drink though. Well, I will drink on rare occasions.

    He probably deserved to get his ass beat. That is the risk you take when trying to seduce a guy who is presumably heterosexual. He must've been watching too much thug/trap house porn. Real life is more complicated.
    Creative outlets are great for stress. I've done some of my best drawing as means of escapism from stress.
    As for smoking and drinking as coping mechanism don't fall into that trap. It's unhealthy and can spiral out of control.
    I seriously recommend sports(if your athletic) or exercise, especially weight lifting as stress relief. Lifting worked wonders for me. I was able to come off antidepressants because of it.

    Lol. That's what I thought too.. He must have been watching to much porn fantasy stuff.

    As far as athletic. I'm not so much. I'm not a gym person. I have trimmed down a lot due to diet change. Huge calorie deficit. My ass was mostly fat so that has gone down a bit and I probably have to work on squats and eating more protein now. Hell, I don't "fill" out my jeans no more. So I probably do need to hit the gym or bike up some hills or somethin...IIwant ass back so I can have proper cushion lol

    Before I knew any better I did the norm , porn, hook ups, eat... a complicated waste of energy ( in my opinion) . Now it’s read something uplifting, meditate, pray, work out and Qi Gong. Anything to heighten my vibration.
