Saw this Doc and thought it would be nice to share. Firstly I would like to say this has and always been prevalent in the gay culture. Men in general are first attracted to the physical and being Buff is nowhere else worshiped than in the Gay community. We struggle with body issues most of the time. I do think straight men are now, with ''the perfect body'' images shown in the media from David Beckham to Joe Manganiello to Dwayne Johnson, filling the pressure to look a certain way. They are always playing catch up to gay men. eg Eating ass.

Side note: The Indian guy has an AMAZING bawdy and those lips, GAWD DAYUM!!! He looks like he got a big ass too, guys with that body build from my experience got nice assess;)

Damn... I really care mostly about getting shredded but not so much about getting so damn buff. I do want muscle hypertrophy though.

I've seen this type of thing on MTV true life. Guys who critique themselves and never leave the gym. And these are str8 men. More and more men, str8 and gay, are having body image issues.....or at least more and more men are at least speaking up about it and not being quiet like they were years before.

Dude has a nice physique I'd be satisfied if I could get my body to look like that. I'm 5'10" 165 lbs. I'm still scrawny.

This is interesting.. not so much the article, but the responses. It is clear that MOST of us are struggling with our body image. Almost had made a comment about about their own body (either negative or what they want it to be) or inferred that the guy has a nice body and doesn't know it.

Are we going to continue and let the media and trend dictate what we think is a nice body or what we THINK a healthy body looks like and what is not? Only.. well, mostly, in America!

Going to the gym and being a work out person is one thing. But I think that men and women (especially men) who work out to the point of toning their body muscles fall into a deep addiction to their self-image, even to the point of living in the gym LITERALLY. Everything evolves around the gym.

There is a stereotypical view on being health and what a nice/great/good-looking body is. For the most part, we all should strive to incorporate a healthy lifestyle and self-image. However, unless you have health issues pertaining to your body image and size, LOVE YOURSELF and the pounds and curves that come that come with it.
