If you have commercial insurance

If you have government insurance
If you are enrolled in government healthcare programs (such as Medicare Part D, Medicaid, TRICARE, or VA), you are not eligible for the Gilead Advancing Access program. However, you may be eligible for other sources of support through independent co-pay foundations.

The Medication Assistance Program may be able to determine if you are qualified to receive TRUVADA for PrEP free of charge.

I think the main point everyone is missing here is that most of these pornstars aren't looking to get rich from porn. My belief is that they are using porn to obtain the necessary notoriety to parlay into club appearances and escorting. I'm sure a "famous" escort can charge substantially more from the average joe blow down the block. Also, well known strippers and pornstars get top dollar for club appearances. Porn is becoming the jumping off point.

Unless you develop your own company like Tim Kruger, you need to use the porn as a marketing tool. Sort of a display on your fuck game, how big your dick is and what you are capable of doing with said dick. Once thats established you sale yourself and charge the lonely men who dream of fucking you every night $500 - $1000 for an experience. You can charge that amount because not only do you have the goods, they also look at you as a celebrity because you are a "Porn Star". Other escorts that dont do porn cant charge that.
So think about it, if you had just two clients a week, that'll be around $2000 for a week of "work". And then you would probably have another studio film in the works and other clients booking for future private "dates".
