    I hate to say this but if he had died, this would be getting a lot more attention. When he asked the cop, "why did you shot me?" The cop replied "I don't know."

    We know where this is headed > the cop won't be charged.
    How many times do situations like this start with a concerned citizen calling in a report of someone with a gun? From that moment things are bound to turn out badly.
