    Just like everything else sexual, bottoming is mostly mental. I would say learning how to relax the muscles was the hardest part. My advice is for you to be in control, ride'n first usually helped a lot. Honestly didn't become comfortable doing it until I got a toy or 2 hahaha.

    I know I already commented probably but for me Bottoming is all about my attitudes toward the TOP. If I'm highly attracted to him and he's the semi aggressive verbal type...it makes opening up sooo much easier. That probably just makes me a lazy ass bottom but I don't to much like "passive" tops.
