    I wonder if he would have been so forgiving if it was another black man who elbowed him in the face? If wonder if the white man would be so forgiving if the black man had elbowed him in the face? I feel the answer to both would have been 'no'.

    That last part made me cringe....But at the same time, I wouldn't have wanted the black brother with dreads to wild out on dude in a court room with cameras. He did the "right thing" but Trump supporters will see it as surrender.

    You know we always go in on our own people way worse than we do any other race/ ethnicity so no, had it been another black man they'de both had ended up in jail, and had he hit the white man, he'd have ended up in jail.
