    Oh yes sir!! This is the show that my cousin been buzzing in my ear about. Netflix is shutting things down. I remember when they first arrived on the scene. I subscribed for a while and unsubscribed. Now, with all of the original shows that have done well (Orange is the New Black, House of Cards) it's over.

    People no longer have to just settle for rich, white male powerhouses picking and choosing what to offer the audience. Folks are telling their own stories.

    That's increasingly true, but in this case it seems more like rich white men (Baz Luhrmann, who says he contemplated the project for 10 years, and Shawn Ryan) choosing to tell a racially diverse story. But yeah, it's good that Hollywood is slowly becoming more open to others and choosing more diverse casts and subjects.

    Didn't know that. I was just referring to web series, YouTube, The Art House-things of that nature. But thanks for that, I didn't know that. I just like the fact that are stories are getting told. In more than just one way.

    It looks good but Netflix shows have a bad habit of dragging. I'm sure I fell asleep through a couple of eps of Jessica Jones and woke up like....................yooooo, this shiz is good. netflix rocks!
