NSFW Questionable NSFW "Murderer" Thirst Trap

I read the Root regularly and they always have good stories that we wouldn't hear about. This story is sad, but the Root kinda took away from that by posting the pic you see of a dancer who murdered his boyfriend. I was at work reading this and had to hurry up and scroll down because not expecting all that. Is it bad that I got aroused gawking at a murderer?

Marcus Bellamy, a 32-year-old dancer on the Broadway stage, allegedly murdered his boyfriend, Bernardo Almonte, in their walkup in the Bronx borough of New York City and then took to Facebook to confess, according to the New York Daily News.

“Forgive me,” he wrote Friday after reportedly beating and strangling Almonte. “I did it for love. I did it because I love you. He told me love and hate are the same emotion.”

The Daily News reported that the couple were fighting in their Morris Heights home when the brawl left Almonte facedown, bleeding from a blow to the head in their fifth-floor apartment. Bellamy allegedly also bit both of Almonte’s shoulders.

“I am God,” read Bellamy’s Facebook. “I give life and can take it away.”

According to his résumé, Bellamy performed as a backup dancer in Spider-Man: Turn Off the Dark.Additionally, he was an ensemble member of Broadway’s Tarzan in 2006.

Bellamy had also been arrested four times before the most recent incident, but none of them were said to have been violent.
