Which movies suck you back into being fully invested in the story,no matter how many times you watch it? The three at the top of my list are Posse (1993) The Fugitive (1993) Breakdown (1997)
Day of the Jackal - the original 1970s version. The final scenes set in Paris capture the feel of the city in the summer like no other film I know and tension is unrelenting, no matter how often I see it.
Everytime I get to the part when Tommy Lee seees him on the stairs I'm like '"Omg they're gonna get him!" I checked out the show before too.It was pretty decent.
I haven't gotten to 100 yet, but I am getting there. A close second by the way is 2001 - A Space Odyssey. I've lost count - actually 50 years ago I saw it more than a few times stoned, and I've seen it on 3 continents.
