    Stocked up on a few new supplements, protein and energy bars. :rejoice:

    Also grabbed a couple new pairs of running kicks (my old joints were workhorses but beat down). :youngsabu:

    My new sedentary work schedule gonna be lucrative but also torture over the next few months so gotta stay active and focused.

    Gym in the evenings, I guess. That's when most of the eye candy works out anyway. reallynow :babylawd::banderas:

    Them Met-RX Big 100 Colossal bars...DO NOT eat more than one a day. They will have a laxative effect and will have you running to the bathroom. I know it use to be but I believe there is a warning on the label/package.

    Ok as soon as I read this I knew it was...Sugar alcohols! lol. I looked it up just to be sure. lol. Oh yeah. They did not name the sugar alcohol(usually Malitol or Sorbitol) but they said it only had 3 grams in a bar.

    Don't ever make the mistake of getting a bag of diabetic candy and then end up eating the whole bag. Damn! Some of those little candies are packed! 3 little candies and you have 25 grams of sugar alcohol in you and you WILL be running for the bathroom! lol.

    *so I guess @Nick Delmacy has a guy now and is trying to get all in shape? Is that a pantry he has those things in? I have all those vitamins, supplements, fish oil, etc. in a cabinet and every single one is long expired and hardly used. smh.
