GET IT RIGHT! To achieve those Gains ppl! and Massive Glutes
I'vebeen hitting squats really hard. Trying to strengthen my skinny little chicken legs.
This is the program I'm running now, Stronglifts 5x5:
I'm ATG. I see many dudes doing shallow squats but that works for them. While I don't do ATG for the purpose of getting a nice ass, I can say that most of the dudes that I have seen that do ATG have rounder butts. Same which chicks. Especially if they are lacking melanin.

Whatever works for you and your body. I just think that lower weight and more muscle activation works better.
