This shit here…this shit here is FIRE!

This lets me know that creativity in the world of music videos, web series, and short films is possible and definitely still exists. Biting Elbows’ The Stampede and the follow up Bad Motherfucker are as exciting as music videos can get. The action packed videos are shot in “first person” the same type of first person perspective found in FPS video games.

The Stampede was released in 2011 and is about a man who steals a teleportation device from his employer. He finds out the device works when it gets wet. When this happens, he gets teleported to a random location and if it gets wet again he returns to the point of origin. The guy gets caught in the end and for almost two years no one knows what happens to him.

Enter Bad Motherfucker which picks up with the protagonist violently escaping capture from his employer. More action packed fun as he fights his way to freedom. Part One is cool but Part Two is way better. A big thank you goes to Ilya Naishuller (the director) for providing us with these creative pieces of entertainment. Buckle up and enjoy the ride.
