Observations:
1. I’m getting old.
2. Usher is getting older.
3. Is Usher the older uncle at the cook out dancing with the younglings learning the ‘new’ dances?
4. Props to the young men in the video.
5. Young Thug is 25? Will he still be Young Thug at 30?
6. Remember back when Black dudes weighed more than 125 lbs?
7. I would’ve preferred Gucci Mane do the rap portion over Young Thug.
8. Why does Young Thug look like an old rug that needs to be beat-n-shook out on the front porch?
9. Does this video match the song?
10. Usher is sexy AF.

Usher usually comes with quality,so I tried to give this a chance, then got very confused and had to stop.
He's one of those ones who gets better with age for me.He was always hot,but I'm just now being able to feel a spark of attraction.
Perhaps he'll upgrade in phases:
Young Thug
Prime Thug
Classic Thug
Grandpa Thug?
The Crash video was horrendous too. His album should have been out already, it's been a year since those other singles he released back then.
I think he needs to go the R. Kelly/Tank/Tyrese route or hang it up. Save this shyt for Chris Brown (who's even more washed up).
:dead1::dead1::dead1::dead1::dead1:
I just can't take this song seriously.
Whea the ghetto that Usher was at tho? Because he's been suburban since before Star Search. Ain't nothing hood or ghetto about Usher.
Where's the receipts?
Now I'll give you he's attract but… If he could just gain about 25 more pounds. I just can't take them Flamingo legs.
I wonder if he's sore after rehearsal LOL. He still looks good (young, etc) but I know personally for me…once I hit 30 I had to curb all that sh!t, I couldn't do all those crazy ass moves anymore. Sh!t started creakin' and poppin' and just didn't feel right the next day LOL!
I love the No Limit track. He keepin it young and fresh for the radio. He's doing what he gotta do.
Some people think he should go the Urban AC route like R Kelly, Tank or whatever but just let him be! Usher is doing the damn thing. I can't wait to hear the album. Whenever this record comes on, I turn it all the way up!
NOT HERE for “ghetto” Usher, also not here for the Atlanta rappers played on the radio. I will concur Ush is aging well, but I can’t take his consistent forays into whatever is hot (I actually hated “Yeah”, EDM, this shitty song, etc) seriously. Not that he cares, but I just think he should be a little more classic at this point in his career. I don’t dance anymore but us old folk like to snap our fingers every now and then but to something a little more substantive. My staff thinks this song is the business (tongue out, nay-nay’ing in the office business LOL), but they are no older than 33. I presume that’s the target audience for this. This song is straight “get me played on young folks radio” garbage but I guess “U Don’t Have to Call” wouldn’t get played on TODAY’s Urban and Rhythmic stations and he’s got sons to raise. I’ll still be checking for the album when it’s leaked. And finally, I agree wholeheartedly with #3,4, 6, and 8…
I think something like Dive or New Flame were good directions for his sound. Those performances didn't sound like he was clinging to the past,or trying too hard to fit in.Somewhere around the time he got married ( the post Confessions era) he's been on a decline to me.He always made songs that stood out,but a lot of what hes been doing sounds like songs Trey Songz or any other guy in r&b might do.
I can see that. It is the whole thing about radio and appealing to a younger audience. Young women make up the largest buyers of music so there goes why I guess.
This sums it up. I think he's pandering but no different from Arrruh Kelly's pandering.
The one of the best things anyone can do is start discovering music off of what's playing on the radio. There's so many good songs of all genres that don't get traditional radio play. The radio is fine and all but don't get stuck on that Top 40 X Genre Radio Playlist.
LMMFAO!
FINE indeed.
The song is ok. But when it comes with being an older artist, I believe you can keep up with the times; however, you can keep the same recipe. I LOVEEE "Good Kisser" and that is an example of what I"m talking about.
