3. Chief Wakil
Loop Master Chief Wakil is an independent rap artist living in Los Angeles who used his viral Vine videos as a way to promote his new EPK “Little Giant.” You may have to view his videos on the Vine app itself to see just how skilled he is at timing his bars and camera phone in such a way that the 6-second loop is seamless. He’s so good at it, you don’t realize that you’ve watched on of his videos 5 times back-to-back.
4. One Thousand Out
One of the best Viners to emply magic, visual trickery and intricate optical effects to his Vines is OneThousandOut. Without ever saying a word in the majority of his videos, he’s creatively shown that he’s a goofy fan of anime and real Hip Hop music.

6. Wuz Good
Short in stature but big on laughs, Viner Wuz Good throws a mixed bag of comedy into his Vines as he displays his talents as an actor, writer and director in 6-second chunks. The best thing about him is, like King Bach, he fearlessly will do anything for the joke. #DoItForTheVine
Many Viners feature hilarious on-going characters and themes giving audiences a huge incentive to come back for more. Check out some of the best offenders of this tactic on the next page.
