HA! Me and my roommate were just talking about this. We saw some makeover talk show and all of the white males they made over into nice business casual chic…but the black intern ended up in capris, a scarf, and a purse lol.
What was the name of that show? def wanna watch that…
I’m not sure. I think it was the Jeff Probst show I think. It was one of those daytime talk shows. They gave a makeover to all the interns and for some reason made the lone black guy look decidedly gay.

When a man finds the perfect balance of being trendy while maintaining a masculine swag, I think it’s acceptable to most. But it’s a terribly complicated feat. I prefer a fashion forward look that says I’m not trying too hard.
Oh and “man bags?” NO 🙁
“The murse” situation is kind of hard. I think that its acceptable in certain situations. I have one but its more of a briefcase. I do not just carry it around everywhere like women do with purses. I mostly only carry it around campus. Most of the things that I need to carry around fit fine in my pocket lol.
I consider myself to be progressive when it comes to fashion and I like to think outside the box, but these purses or murses as they are called are too much for me. I think some men could get away wearing them, masculine or feminine, but they are not for me.
