    Finally saw Moonlight yesterday and I agree with @Nick Delmacy. Amazing cinematography and acting. I love the representation but just felt that the story was lacking. Way too many holes and it left me wanting more from an adult Chiron. This movie is overrated to be honest. Good but def not great.

    For those that saw The DL Chronicles Episode Thomas, which film did you enjoy more?

    Yes Moonlight did looked and sounded great and I relate to the "coming of age" story but I was more satisfied with Episode Thomas.

    I finally got to see the movie. Sorry yall but I really liked it and actually got it. But this could have been because I read and heard all the reviews before I saw it. I guess Im one of the few who got it lol.

    I liked the film . Another perspective on the film, would be look at it as snippets of ones life that shaped the character and his reclusiveness. So the audience filling in the blanks could be interpreted as the directer asking the audience to inject themselves and their lives into the scenario, whatever avenue they are coming from. In essence making it slightly vague so more people can relate. As for the end, a quote from a review i read sums it up my views perfectly.... "If you want to see more after the movie ends you just nosey"
