    No, my Crush drink is actually sugar free.
    I don't drink any soda besides club, nor do I hardly ever drink fruit juices. Specifically because of all of the ridiculous amounts of sugar.

    People can also gain weight from the insane amount fried foods we eat...also the consuming excessive fats found in things like nuts and potato chips...Also, plain old math: consuming more calories than you're burning...there are fat vegetarians out there too.

    Hmm common fried foods are smothered in some type of flour, which flours converts into sugar(glucose) in the body. Things like potato chips as well are pure carbs which also convert to sugar in the body.

    The existence of fat vegetarians should tell you something about their diets which usually consist of fruits, vegetables, and carbs. two out of three of those convert into sugar in the body.

    Also a calorie really isn't a calorie, the way you digest a piece of meat vs a chip is very different. A chip will dissolve very quickly and shoot into your blood versus a piece of meat which takes a longer digestion time.

    Bruh, the body creating and storing glycogen is VERY different than saying "sugar is the cause of weight gain." Especially immediately following a discussion in a thread about items on a grocery list.

    It's a get healthy thread so why not talk here lol. Plus how is it different? The excess of glycogen is the cause of weight gain, anymore than what your body can handle is stored as fat.

    Oh man...I prob drink at least 2 gallons of water a day. Not even for health reasons (just a perk) but because I love water. Finishing a big cold glass of it is like the best feeling ever.

    Wow that's a lot man, kudos. I try to do about 2 liters a day which is about .5 of one gallon.

    Yea, every single wine looking bottle (growler) is filled w water, and theres a big clear pitcher in there as well, lol. The reg ones n juice btls were left by my wkend guests.

    I refill them after every one I drink, so they stay in rotation.

    Can any1 guess whats in the tupperware bowl on the shelf below?
