Whoooaaaa. There's a whole separate offense because of gender??

 

And if so do females get charged the same or differently?

It just seems overly complicated and was probably set up so that males, who already serve more time than females for the same offenses, serve even more time.

Not defending this dude at all.

 

This should be a learning lesson for all women, if you hit or push a man, he just might push or hit yo azz back. You never what you are going to get when you run up on a stranger like that. It's like opening a box of chocolates. A lot women has this thing where they think a man shouldn't put they hands on them even if they are hitting them. Well eventually, you might run up on somebody that will get tired of you hitting or pushing them.

 

I think we know the answer here so lets just be real.

Minors these days are hella disrespectful, and you will get in trouble for hitting one and a lot of them know this.

Women are devil advocates. They will groan about being equal to men and can do anything a man can, hit one and she's whining about what kind of a man would hit a woman.

White people get lesser sentences than blacks, women get lesser sentences than men & white women get lesser treatment than all. Say for instance that white man was a black man and that girl was Ambular Lynn Wilson...you can bet his ass would be grass.

Also I'm curious...How would it be if a woman knocked a man out, how would it be if a white woman knocked a black man out? What if the assailant was a black woman and a white woman?

Most of the time a white female could get off with self defense because the big bad black man was harassing her and they will believe her. The Emitt Till syndrome is still alive and well.

This is why I'm glad I don't screw around with females...Lots of dudes have been caught up over some puss-puss and many more and stuck in a marriage looking like Boo Boo the fool. Females are stressful and draining creatures and I never want to put myself through being with one. I still like some women, I'm just saying..

I'm not defending the white guy, he got what he deserved but the question is...will he serve what he got? Or will he give some sob story about ratchet ghetto blacks and the judge suddenly understands his plight and dismisses the chargers. The caucasity of it all!!

 

I can't begin to wrap my mind around why he reacted that way to some tiny, dumb lil girl, but I will say that there's nothing like a lesson learned. Not condoning his actions, but I'm sure at least one of those kids hauling ass learned not to assume a grown man won't knock you tf out.
