I'm being purposeful in my redundancies here.

• This is a stupid tweet.
• Followed by a stupid comment.
• The term "woke" is stupid being that it's being used just as much as "hater" now by Black folks.
• If folks who listen or have listened to Kendrick Lamar couldn't hear the truth or activism and his unapologetic Blackness (which I have pointed out in POSTS and Threads) in SOME of his music then they are stupid also.
• Folks been saying Kendrick is "woke" for years now.
• Which goes back to my original thought; This tweet is stupid.

Jessie's speech while FULL of obvious "the black community needs to come together"; however it was delivered in a Micheal Eric Dyson, rhyme poetic format which sensationalized its presentation and reception. This is why its a hit.

PS. I didn't go see Kendrick....JUST LIKE I've never watched a television show where Jessie acts in. Doesn't mean I can't appreciate the positivity and message of both Black men.
