Anti-blackness is a worldwide system. East Asians especially complicit in it. Chinese culture is extremely bigoted against black people. So this is not surprising at all. Remember it's Asian students who are trying to demolish affirmative action in higher education via the courts because they think it gives black students an "unfair" advantage that they deserve.
