Bill O'Reilly to Donald Trump How can you help blacks get jobs when they have tattoos on foreheads

It's one of those situations in which I believe having yourself in the right as much as possible to begin with.The police shouldn't get rough with you for any,but try not resist arrest or exceed the speed limit so as not to be seen at fault in any fashion.They're going to behave innapropiately any way,but you wanna have the strongest leg to stand on in the argument.So the same applies here.Be ready to meet the oppurtunity for possible employment.They're already looking for an excuse not to hire you,so don't help them out by sabotaging yourself.

Even with blacks who are doing all they can to be productive,we also have to acknowledge the lack of equal resources between black high schools and white ones.If your high school isn't preparing you to properly deal with the workload you'll face with your white peers in college,you've already lost before you had a chance.A lot of people who are unemployed are trying,but they keep running into dead ends when they try to better things for themselves.

 

Bill O'Reilly as usual is asking a loaded but valid question but I can't disagree with it.
Jobs will be available in Trump's unexplained and unplanned vision but for who?
The argument can be made that there are economicly disadvanted white neighborhoods with tatted up teens but the opportunities and resources for education will and do exist for them.

Any young people in economically disadvantaged white neighborhoods are in trouble. Maybe not as much as their black peers, but they are in trouble and have been for some time. White working class and lower class areas in urban and suburban areas, and particularly in rural areas, are not doing very well and have not been for some time. They are Trump's main target...you know, how he loves the 'uneducated' and all?-he was talking about these people and taking advantage of their lack of knowledge and their frustration.

Of course what they usually do is pit them against blacks(they get preferential treatment/quotas-don't be fooled) or hispanics (taking your jobs for less $$$ and sending most of the $$$ back to Mexico) and do the divide and conquer things.

We have a company here in Ohio that just gave 'deals' to certain employees so most of them will have no choice but to retire. They used 'certain criteria' to determine who to offer the deals to including length of service with the company etc. but the fact that so many are having to retire shows you it is the older and less technologically capable people. 750 togo-and yet this same company has over 1,000 job openings that are unfilled. Not enough to gain to retrain anyone they have(too old) and not enough incentive to train anyone coming in(younger) who might need a job but not have the qualifications they need. So everyone gets screwed.

We have an increasingly huge number of Americans who number in the tens of millions and who are basically unneeded and unwanted by the American economy and there is precious little being done to alter this situation.
