Anyone cooking anything new as of late? I bake everything now and I want to start cooking more wholesome meals. Baked mac n cheese, baked chicken, corn bread, broccoli and what not. Even though I've cut out lots of junk food, I want to eat hearty meals too. My plan is to be thin but still be relatively thick. My waist is slimmer than a month ago and I've always had decent thighs and buttocks. Of course squats will give me more lift to my butt and meatier thighs, I need to do exercises that will tone my chest and get any sugar fat off of my stomach that is left...(screw you honey buns). But I also want to start cooking man filling foods too.
