    Does anyone enjoy watching old black and white films? Anybody watch TCM!?!
    Like alot of younger people I was originally put off by them but there are so many with great story lines and brilliant actors! The first one I ever saw that really got me into them was the original A Raisin in the Sun with Sidney Poitier and I've been hooked ever since!

    Some of my favorite actors are him, Ruby Dee, Dorothy Dandridge, Leslie Howard, Paul Newman, Clarke Gable, Joan Crawford, Bette Davis, Henry Fonda and others...so many lol!

    Defiantly, Sydney Poitier is one of my favorite actors and I love TCM. The three faces of eve is a good one also almost anything by Hitchcock is good in my book.

    HUGE Classic movie fan!!!
    TCM & BOOMERANG were the main 2 reasons that I originally got my satellite.
    TCM at least has yet to disappoint.
    Not many of my peers are though.
    They say they find them hard to relate to.

    I hear that a lot, I try to convince people that some of these films messages and themes transend time and cultures and are classics for a reason. All it takes is that one movie, line, or character to sell you on the idea!

    The most quotably quoted movie of all time is a great starter "offar" classic movie.

    I like most of the aforementioned. Mom was a huge fan of black and white classics and we watched AMC. It got changed to TCM. I don't have cable anymore so I can't watch them as much. But, a lot of them are on YouTube.

    Alfred Hitchcock-The Birds, Rear Window, Psycho and Dial M for Murder. Yes sir. I don't know if you remember or caught the fact that he would do cameos in the movies. Lol.

    It's so many: Doris Day, Humphrey Bogart, Betty Davis, Joan Crawford, Sidney Poitier, Ruby Lee and Ossie Davis. Wonderful memories.

    No no we can include black and white tv shows as well! My dad loves Lost in Space..OMG twilight zone practically deserves its own thread! Should of thought of that during Halloween even though for some reason they show it New Years..oh well lol. What is everyone's favorite episode? Idk why but mine is the Howling Man!
