    I hate that I feel I'm not as empathetic as I should be. I mean dude worked in a system that profited off of enslaving Black men for 20 yrs,....I know this may not be fair but... On a different note, why do folks keep pleading and crying for the slave masters to do right and treat them better?

    Its fukd up, but I get the lack of empathy, when isolating the blk n white tho. Blks/minorities/hoodrats often get them a civil svc/govt job, n think they've 'made it'.

    It might be tmi, (but hey, what else is new w me), I got arrested while on tour with a show, and kept asking them to just alert the theatre. Im dressed like a mofo who isn't exactly in n out of the jail all of the time, yet all of these minority c.o.'s are laughing and DECIDING that I'm making it up! Since clearly, my nigra azz cant be in town w that show.

    Bottom line, a lot of blue collars have some BASIC azz heads above them.

    I don't think you can really in good faith suggest that being a Correctional Officer is perpetuation the enslavement of black and brown people. That is like saying because you work at McDonalds you are perpetuating America's heart disease problem.
