The Powerball Careers of 2016

First job and experience- Steak n Shake. 16. The first day I slipped on the wet floor and bust my ass. Of course, everybody laughed. The guy training me helped me up while laughing. Lol. He then told me that I am supposed to wear slip resistance shoes. i had black church shoes on(really). That was also my first time getting tips. The busser split with the waitress. Not sure if it is done like this now.
Lesson-pay attention. Their is a difference in a job vs a career you love.

 

All the medical field professions! So much opportunity there!

My first job was at a grocery store exclusive to Texas called H-E-B. I was a very hard working bagger. I was promoted to cashier in my first 3 weeks of work when it usually takes people months!

 

I am eligible for about 4 titles on that list.

My first job was at Kroger. I was bagger. It was OK but... Nothing can prepare teenage male for the horror that is the metal box in the ladies room stalls.

 

My first job was Gameroom Tech at Chuck E. Cheese, I was subsequently promoted 2 times, Birthday Coordinator/Team 2 Trainer, and Assistant Manager. That was my only job from 16 years old, sophomore in High School until I turned 22 when I graduated from College. I quit CEC the same day I graduated college. I will say that CEC Entertainment is a decent corporation to work for. The environment on the other hand is a different story.

 

My first job was in 1994, "Busch Gardens; Williamsburg". I worked in the Corn Dog hut in "Scotland". smh My manager was actually in my Government class, we had never spoken to one another in school and rarely at work. In hindsight, it wasn't a bad job at all. I got to go to the park for free. LOL
