I must admit; I do love muscles. I know the hard work and discipline it takes to transform your body to get the results you want. As a regular gym rat myself, I know thick muscular men are not for everyone and I know we do like our variety. From taller, to thinner, to stocky and short to husky and round.I also know looks are not everything… Personally for me masculinity out shines looks any day (yes I am being honest)…but dammit there still aint nothing wrong with looking. So sit back and drink a protein shake while viewing the below pics….

C’mon son…lol…LOL @ sit back with a protein shake…Juicers Unite!
I can respect the above picture. The brother got it going on, but let’s not forgets that male masculine beauty comes from within and is in all shades, shape, sizes and age. Society at large is being brain washed into thinking that full budging muscles are the only accepted image male beauty.
Please Discreet City, give us a diverse posting, slim is sexy, gray is gorgeous, thick is delicious, short is suckling and tall is balling. They are all expressing s of who we are.
To be honest, only one of these bodies kinda appeals to me….wont say which specifically but i will say its the one thats the least bulky and most cut. This bodybuilder look is a bit past tense to me…but hey thats just me. Much more into a slimmer more truly athletic looking body…
I do not believe in protein shakes and supplements. I really wonder and worry about all the chemicals introduced into their bodies. Not my cup of tea.
…you don’t believe in protein shakes? Most are basically isolated milk proteins without the fat & sugar. Nothing to be “afraid” of.
As for other supplements, unless you’re competing, you don’t really need much more than vitamins (everyone takes those…right?), a preworkout supplement (which can be as simple as coffee), maybe creatine (which occurs naturally in meats), and maybe a recovery agent like glutamine and/or BCAAs (both of which also occur naturally in foods you already eat – you’re just getting more because you’re working out harder).
The most important supplement is a good diet.
