I love me some Method Man, huge crush, however I tend to be very cautious when it comes to rappers cos most of them hate my team.

Meth is one of the few as far as I've personally witnessed with my own eyes, rappers to be be cool with obviously open gay fans.
Interviews I've read also seems to support his non hatred.
Notorious B.I.G. was another one, which was pretty big considering the time period and his age.
I'm not a starstruck individual but I admit that I was impressed and surprised to see him being receptive and friendly.

I figured as much with Meth'. He never really struck me as the whole "RAH RAH!!!!" type rapper, despite his onstage image. I never knew that about B.I.G. tho. Interesting

My name is Larry and I just joined this group. I live in New York City and I have a deep interest in rap/hiphop. I utilize rap genius considerably in order to understand thoroughly what the rappers are saying, since I know many artists put deep thought in their lyrics, and not all rap is homophobic or misogynistic. I would love to friend other enthusiasts who share my interest, and since NYC offers great free hip hop concerts during the summer months, I would really appreciate having buddies to attend the concerts with.
