    I know I put a topic on this somewhere but I forgot and lazy rests upon me at the moment.. I know Papa Nicky and Papa Ocky will be fussing about it in due time....oh yeah.about them kegals...So has anyone be flexing their kegal muscles?

    Well, I confirm it true. Since I don't have any fine menz test subject to monitor and document. I decided to take matters into my own hands.. (I'm feeling pun'ny today for some reason.)

    So yeah,after a few weeks. I've popped myself in the face & in the eye once. Seems like it does work after all.
