U.K. rapper/producer Dot Rotten sports a sick tailor fitted suit by London based designer A. Sauvage in his music video for “Norman Human Being.”

For those unfamiliar, 24-year-old Dot Rotten (born Joseph Ellis) has been on the rise in the U.K. Grime Music scene since his debut in 2007. He’s released and been featured on a series of mixtapes and was nominated for addition to the BBC’s 2012 Sound of Music poll which selects the most promising new music talent of the year.

In the video, Dot Rotten not only shows of his rugged masculinity, he does it with style. The suit fits him well as he raps causally on the European streets featured in the video. Not to be mistaken, this is a new look for Dot, who’s normally dressed in very street wear. Even he makes note of this when he rhymes: “Even when I’m looking fabulous remember that I’m Rotten and I’m still from the hood.”

Though it wasn’t heterosexual rapper Dot Rotten’s original intention, the song “Normal Human Being” has an inspirational aspect for homosexual men of color. The chorus makes a plea that no matter how different or imperfect we think we are, we’re all just normal human beings doing pretty much the same things in general in living our lives.

So difficult not to make mistakes sometimes
Or not to display hate sometimes
It’s easy to lose faith sometimes
I’m just a normal human being

Remember nobody’s perfect
I do my best but I’m only a person
Just like you and I’m a soul with a purpose
Just a normal human being

I’m just a normal human being, just like you
I brush my teeth, wash my face
Take the garbage out, Clean up
Help mumzie out ya know
Don’t think I’m some alien or nothing
I’m just like you
