Nick hasn't seen the pics of Michael B Jordan on the beach I'm guessing.
YES to all of the Man of Steel/BvS disdain !I'm so over this whole franchise for every reason listed :the darkness of Superman,Super-Christ, The uneeded destruction.Once Goyer & Snyder are gone (and Man of Steel is removed from coninutity) maybe I can get back with them as I'm also someone who loved DC more as a kid.For now though F_CK this franchise.
You talking about that fake photoshopped full nude one from the side? Because the real pics were not that impressive.
:nopekid:
I'm not saying he was impressive,I was just wondering if you'd seen them or not.The one i saw was a kinda far off shot. You were pretty much right about him not being big, unless he's a "grower and not a shower".

Pardon me, I just get alittle defensive over DC is all…lol now let me go listen to this podcast..*walks away with head still tilted*
Well, he ain't the biggest but he also is not the smallest. He definitely aint Terrance Howard either who is arrogant as all get out but smaller than my pinky toe. And this dude had the nerve to do a nude scene in Get Rich or Die Tryin.
Lol no he's not the smallest either.Didn't know T.Howard went nude before. Not sad I missed that. He's never really done it for me.
Hmm. Where y'all seeing all these pics???
I'm not believing you all. I got receipts.

Idk shyt bout what yall were debating..i just love this pic..carry on
This should've been my Halloween costume.Damned hindsight.
And the Size Queens have come to hold court.
:pachah1:
I know for me- I don't care about his size. However, the backside is a whole another thread. But I was just defending Michael because because I like him. I should not have thrown Terrance out like that even though I don't like him.
LMFAO!!! This shyt is so old now, but it kills me every time I see it.
Yo, @ockydub i really fux w how transparent u are man. N i like that ur homie @Nick Delmacy is getting better w learning that its ok to have feelings n shyt. But u guys make for a dope tinman n scarecrow n i hope the value of this site doesnt blow past u guys. Yall did some major shyt that I, and many others rly fux w.
Im just not into Michael B. Jordan. I dont get the fuss…
This podcast was good. Enjoyed the mention of things that happen on the boards.
Lol at the "taint" portion.
I really agree with @ockydub on the Yousef issue. I think he was really naive about the scenes and if you didn't know any better, you'd think "ain't nobody gonna ever know."
It's definitely an example of the difference between sexual/relationship maturity and just plain adult maturity.
I remember back in my military days, particularly '99-'01, I was dumb slim for my height. I personally loved it, for the same reason Nick mentioned, I loved how my clothes fit me, etc etc, but to most everyone else I was "Crypt Keeper" thing. LOL If I had the same motivation/ drive/ {bad} eating habits I had back then I'de gladly work my way back down to that. Ripped Fuel helped too, tho. I WISH, my issue was the inability to GAIN weight. LOL AHS….Ughhhhhh!!! I'm SO disheartened with this show. They made magic the first two seasons. Now, to Nick's point, it's just “Glee” meets the NYC Halloween Parade on T.V. smh. I like Lady Gaga, I think it's kool she's on the show, it fits her, but…I'm not watchin' it. I would say they need to start all voer from scratch but, "The Gay Gatekeepers" in Hollywood I'm sure love the tone and direction the show has taken so, oh well. "Murder House" and "Asylum" are on Hulu whenever I want to see 'em. I've never been a DC comic fan. I've always felt they had a "Bright, Happy, Christiany" feel to them, especially the Superman series. I'm a diehard Marvel fan. I'm with Ocky on the "Black Panther" cover. I understand it from Nick's POV as far as Marketing goes, but the bottomline is it was f@#ked up. There were other ways they could've "lightened" the tone. Side bar…as far as that racist a$$ "300" movie goes, Zack Snyder purposely created that "White is Right" theme, because he was "pissed about 9/11” and decided to lump all his ignorant prejudices on any and everything associated with The Middle East. Personally I think Frank Miller was just very uneducated on the nuances of Persian Culture (in this case, mainly their appearance) and Zack just blindly recreated a story without doing his own research. As far as Yusef Mack goes, I just wonder who was the DL Homo Thug in his 'hood that outted him. Obviously SOMEbody that knows somebody that knows him saw it and put him on blast. smh LOL Tacky a$$, hatin' a$$ 'mo'z. I’m one of those people that have an aversion to bodily fluids. I will blast someone else, but I’m not a fan of getting somebody else’s on me unless we’re really, really into it and dude is in a position where it would just blast me without much warning. If I’m reeeally felling dude then I may lay there for a hot sec (I’ve done it before), but the second that shyt starts getting cold, I need to go clean off. lol
I think that Batman/Superman is going to be lost in the movie and Wonder Woman is going to steal the movie, but that may be my inner drag queen coming out… Sir Roc and Milan both sit in a flower pot and grow the f**k up…#whyisyouhereho… Something about Yusaf Mack seems a little opportunistic. That's the vibe I get from him. I don't think it was that he came out that got him the back lash. I think it is because he lied about it and kept changing his story. Plus he looks like he smell like peroxide. It depends on the situation. If we tore it down or we are dating then I can marinate for a lil bit. But if it was lame or you just a random then get up and go home homie. taint=man bridge
"Plus he looks like he smell like peroxide…" It took me a hot sec to realize what you meant with this LMAO Honestly, I saw that scene a while back (didn't do it for me, I'm not a fan of "quiet" bottoms) and I didn't even know how he was. I just thought it was another regular ol' Dog Pound flick…boring as f@#k.
When you're a 6'0+ skinny-fat nicca and gotta deal with looking at these toned folks and skinny dudes with natural six pack abs they don't have to work for. :shaq2::mjcry1:

Another great podcast.
The part about is a required to being DL or not was a great conversation. For me, even though I personally accepted my sexuality at age 14 (though I knew I was gay at age 8) and wasn't (and still am not) afraid to tell someone I am gay, there are a handful of people, personally and professionally, that don't know that I am gay. And frankly, they don't need to know. For me, it's not a requirement for everyone to know your sexuality, just as it is not required for everyone to know your SS number or what you do in the privacy of your own home/apartment. That's not being DL, because regardless of sexuality, you are entitled to not having everything in a Need To Know database. You are entitled to exclusivity in your life.
DL pertaining to sexuality is any gay or bisexual man who decides to act and live straight by means of relations with women knowing that he is indeed gay or bisexual; however when it comes to the attraction for the same gender, he deals with men pertaining to relations secretively. You can be open/out about your sexuality, but you don't have to send a mass publication or a notification in the mail for everyone to know.
But anywho…Great podcast. You both come together so well with dialogue. #Priceless
With the Yusaf Mack thing, I don't think he was 100% naive to being gay or bisexual. He may been on the DL all of his life; however, he went to Dealing and Having Sex with Dudes 101 class several times. I have empathy for him in regards to the DL situation ONLY!
Very entertaining podcast, as usual. You guys are so good together. I'll just get right to the point. "Down-low" men are what they are and the masses of them are not going to voluntarily come up from the DL until or unless it's "safe" – that is, until straight people stop being homophobic. Straight people will always be homophobic so the DL will always be with us. I get that. But if you're an adult gay/bisexual man in America, being on the DL (or not) is still a choice regardless. Moving on. I'm a believer in being "out" but that does NOT mean you have to be or should be out to "everybody". It's probably not a good thing to be out to people who you are not close to – what's the point? There is nothing to be gained from coming out to strangers like, say, waiters in restaurants. If a waiter, for example, says something inappropriate to you and you want to do something about it you should not take it up with that individual. Say something to the management and you can do this without coming out because it's not about your sexual orientation, it's about what the waiter said (or did). People in business want your money and everything is about the bottom line. On the other hand, when your nephews and nieces make disparaging remarks about LGBT people or ask you "are you gay?", you have a "teachable moment" right in front you. Why not take that opportunity to discuss the issue with this young impressionable mind? Choosing your words carefully, you may or may not come out during the discussion. But saying "none of your business", or something to that effect, is throwing away an opportunity to educate young minds about a sensitive topic. Coming out for most people is a process which takes place over time and space – depending on how private you are, it's something you might do with family members you are CLOSE to (family members you interact well with on a daily/regular basis, not relatives you only see at funerals, large family get togethers, etc.) and close friends (friends you consider "family", not people you see every few years at high school reunion time or communicate with only on Facebook, etc.). Ultimately, I recognize that you have to do what's best for you. But how can being out to your closest family members and closest friends be a bad thing? It seems to me that being out to those in your innermost circle can only strengthen you as a gay man in the long run. In any case, follow your gut instincts. Peace.
I wouldn't highly recommend it or anything, but I'd say American Horror Story: Hotel is much more in line with Murder House and Asylum. There are actually a few minor connections to season 1 that can be easy to miss if you don't remember certain guest characters. It's bloodier and less overly campy than Coven and doesn't regularly feature characters singing and performing like Freak Show despite the fact that it features a singer and a Broadway actor. It suffers from the usual AHS issues but is more consistently horror than recent seasons, and Jessica Lange's absence seems to have shaken up the writing and characters a bit. I think the "Gay Gatekeepers" would make every season a wacky, female-driven romp like Coven if they could. I believe it had the highest weekly average of live viewers of all seasons. I think Scream Queens fulfilled Ryan Murphy's camp quota this year.
Yeah, that seems like a teachable moment, though that topic can be a blindside if you aren't often in situations in which you feel a need to drop intimate knowledge on someone. Maybe someone who deflects that question can take some time to figure out the response they'd like to give, if any, and speak with the niece/nephew at a later time. Most don't have a totally straightforward, give no fux attitude (or the urge to teach found in a social justice warrior or hot topic debater) to be put on the spot and answer unanticipated questions about their private lives, even if the straightforwardness could help change minds.
A "none of your business" response might be telling since people will likely assume that the true answer is the more controversial response. Many will likely consider that sufficient evidence to confirm their suspicions.
I actually saw the first episode on this site Ocky put me on to. It was aiiight but I didnt want to get my hopes up. I like Lady Gaga and will probably just binge watch on Hulu in a year or two when its available on there LOL
Where do I go to review the podcast on iTunes?
It is extremely possible that Michael B Jordan was named after Michael Jeffrey Jordan. MBJ was born in 1987 and MJJ was coming to notoriety in between 1984-1987, according to wikipedia.
Chadwick Boseman is a Howard University Alumnus, we know who he is!
I can't believe you guys played Siir Brock.
Clearly my porn collection is not that vast because I don't have them in folders by style.
I wonder if he was the one to put the video into someone's hands to get him recognized AGAIN. =
Is that him with the ironing board back…Sheesh Where are his man-pies. This pic must be old.
