The 90’s were the golden age of truly talented R&B male groups. Not only could these men “sang”, many of the song lyrics were passionate, fun with a mix of soul, new jack swing and hip hop. Below are some of my old favorites. What 90’s male R&B groups did you like?

Teddy Riley …. One of my first child hood thrist traps. :steviej:
I loooooved me some Intro. Their harmonies and blends were straight out the church choir tenor section and that lead singer could belt & emote on a Luthor V level.
YES!!
H-Town and Guy was the Shit back in the day, they was in my play list. Intro was good too, but I didn’t have there CD till way later.
Soooo, you all really went this far without mentioning Boys II Men, BBD, Next, Jagged Edge, Dru Hill, & one of my all time favs After 7????
And lets also keep in mind Guy & Tony, Toni, Tone were actually 80’s r&b groups….
Right, Tony, Toni, Tone did come out in the late 80's but "It feels good" came out in the early 90s
The 90’s is when R&B was KING still.
And guy/boy groups, with good looking dudes, in suits dancing ruled the charts. today you can’t get a guy group together too long before they have issues and fighting. so everyone solo. I kinda miss the guy R&B groups.
Raphael Saadiq is still fine til this day! And I'm a youngin!
